Customer Service?!?!

I had this app for over a year and loved it. It is very easy to use and has tons of useful options. Unfortunately when I upgraded my phone the app stopped working. I used the in app tech support link to email the app developer. This was over two months ago. I have yet to receive a response. I wont purchase anything else from this developer again.
